Configure and customize your event settings. Edit event details, manage appearance, set schedules, and control registration behavior.
Event Settings allow you to modify your event after creation. You can update event information, change the banner, adjust dates, modify contact details, and configure various event features. All changes are saved immediately and reflected in real-time.
Accessing Event Settings: Navigate to your event from the event management page and click "Edit" to open the event settings form.
The Edit Event Settings form allows you to modify all aspects of your event configuration. The form is organized into logical sections for easy navigation.
Basic event information that identifies and describes your event.
The title of your event. This is displayed prominently on the event page and in event listings. Required field - cannot be empty.
A detailed description of your event. This helps attendees understand what the event is about, what they'll learn, and what to expect.
The primary venue or location for your event. This is displayed on the event page and helps attendees find the venue. Required field - cannot be empty.

Note: Changing status to "Published" makes the event registration form publicly accessible.
Define when your event occurs and when registrations are available.
Set the actual event dates:
Enable a countdown timer that shows when registrations will open:
Example: Set registration to open 7 days before the event starts, creating an "early bird" registration period.
Provide contact information so attendees can reach the organizing team with questions or concerns.
Phone number for event inquiries. Displayed on the event page for attendees to contact organizers.
Email address for event inquiries. Used for official communication and displayed on the event page.

For parent events, you can add, edit, and manage sub-events. Each sub-event has its own settings that can be configured independently.

All changes are saved when you submit the form. The system validates all required fields before saving.

The event ID is generated from the event name and cannot be changed after creation. This ensures stable URLs and prevents broken links. If you need a different ID, create a new event.
Be cautious when modifying settings that affect existing registrations. For example, changing team size limits won't affect already registered teams, but may prevent new team registrations.
